Shipping

I currently can only ship to the United States. I will be working on including international shipping in the future.

I ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you have a preferred method (that is no more costly than the $10 flat rate shipping fee, or you are willing to cover the overage) please indicate in your order notes when completing a purchase.

I charge $10 flat rate shipping and $3 for every additional item.

Local pick-up is offered to customers in the greater Portland, ME area. If you’d like to schedule a pick-up and you forgot to select this option at checkout, please contact me and I will refund your shipping charges.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds can be accepted on a case by case basis. If a item is broken in transport, I will refund 100% of cost and shipping. However you must send picture proof within 24 hours of when the package was notified “delivered” by the carrier. If a return is granted you are responsible for safely re-shipping the item back to me in the same condition it was received along with any shipping costs. I do not accept returns or refunds for accidental customer breakages.

By creating an account at Burnt Wave Pottery you are voluntarily sharing your customer information with me including name, email, billing/shipping address. PLEASE NOTE: I will never be able to see your password or payment information. If you choose to save your payment information to your account for faster checkout, it is stored and encrypted through the third party payment application Stripe. 

By submitting any webform on my website, you are voluntarily sharing the information entered in the fields with me. 

Your information is secure and is never shared or sold. If you would like your account information removed please reach out and I am happy to do so.
